We wholeheartedly believe that there is not a right or wrong way to grow a family. We are so excited to start our family and we have always felt like adoption would be part of our story. Our story might look different than others, but we are sure this is the path the Lord is leading us down and we are excited to see where it leads.

We are beyond excited and are doing everything we can to be prepared to welcome a new member into our home. As part of our adoption process, we have started a crowdfunding campaign. It may surprise you to hear that adoption related costs can easily total up to $50,000 or more. We hope that by inviting you into this process, you will see yourself as part of the community we hope to build around our child(ren) as they grow up..
What are we paying for?
Birth Mother Financial Assistance
- Housing expenses
- Utilities, such as electric, water, or telephone bills
- Food for the birth mother and her minor children that are living with her
- Travel expenses for transportation necessary to support the pregnancy, such as gasoline or bus fares to medical appointments or the grocery store
- Medical costs – prenatal and postpartum
- Child-care or foster care while a birth mother is hospitalized or unable to care for her children
Professional Fees
- Legal fees for filing adoption paperwork
- The cost of hiring an adoption attorney
- Adoption home study costs
- Advertising expenses
- Counseling for birth mothers and prospective adoptive family
